We offer a daily cleanse in 1, 3 or 5 days. It consists mainly of vegetables with some fruit that yields maximum detoxifying. It is very low in sugar but very delicious. You can begin your day with green tea if you like, then a green juice, and about every 2 hours you drink a 16 oz drink. You finish your day with a yummy rich nutmilk that will give you some needed protein and calories and leave you feeling satisfied. Our cleanse is completely organic. You will need to drink only water to stay hydrated and to keep flushing out the toxins.

We ask that you give at least one full day advance notice and pay at that time, don’t forget to tell us any allergies.

Getting Started

A few days leading up to your cleanse, it is very important that you begin eliminating processed foods, breads, dairy, caffeine and added sugars. Enjoy some green salads, fruits and vegetable meals. If you can, skip your morning coffee!

Helpful Hints

Drink lots of water. Activities similar to yoga, stretching and walking are also recommended.

Breaking the Cleanse

The more gently you reintroduce foods into your diet, the better off you will be. Break your cleanse with small meals that include salads and liquids.
